If you have not received your newspaper today please accept our sincere apologies and let us know by submitting a request through our Help Centre so that we can compensate you for the missed delivery.

Our customer service team sometimes deals with a high number of requests and calls, which can occasionally lead to longer response times than usual. We always do everything we can to address these as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding.
